🌿 Do: Learn Your Cycle’s Rhythm

Your body speaks in beautiful, subtle ways. Start by tuning into your menstrual cycle and learning when you’re most fertile—typically a 6-day window around ovulation.

✨ Natural tools like cervical mucus tracking, basal body temperature, or fertility apps can help you reconnect with your body’s natural flow.


❌ Don’t: Turn Intimacy Into a Checklist

It’s easy to get caught up in the timing game. But intimacy should feel like connection, not pressure. Breathe. Laugh. Cuddle. Let love lead the way, not the calendar.


🥑 Do: Nourish Your Body (and His Too)

Fertility begins with nourishment. Fuel your body with whole, plant-rich foods that support hormone health:

  • Dark leafy greens (hello, folate)
  • Omega-rich seeds and nuts
  • Whole grains
  • Antioxidant-rich berries
  • Plenty of water

🚫 Don’t: Ignore the Subtle Saboteurs
